well, i have been back from Ghana for about 6 days now.
still no word on my paperwork,
i have my bags partially packed and ready to go at a moments notice.
thanksgiving... a time to give thanks
fresh from visiting a 3rd world country - i have a new appreciation
a whole new way of looking at thanksgiving.
although my heart aches for apollo to be home, nonetheless,
i have so much to be thankful for.
food - fruits, vegetables, a grocery store 1 mile away with enough food to feed a small country
money to buy the food
good health - no fear of malaria in the U.S.
air conditioning
education
opportunity
freedom
rights

apollo
salvation
forgiveness
friends
family
a home and all that is in it
all blessings i do not deserve
thank you God. every good thing comes from you.
humbly and gratefully i thank you.

What, you're not thankful for satellite systems that WORK on airplanes????
Do you have a passport for Apollo?
Has the Embassy told you anything more than your file isn't ready? Have they given you any kind of timeline or anything?
